这是啥错误？？

Microsoft Windows XP?.

Read from location 00000020 caused an access violation.
4 }7 o$ ^% E9 i1 V( E. U 不管是重制版还是老版本 均出现这个 错误提示。 老版的打了补丁也没没效果
